The Kathmandu, Chitwan, Pokhara tour is a 9 days trip that begins from the capital city, Kathmandu covering other cities like Bhaktapur and Patan. In Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan, you will visit numbers of naturally beautiful places and other UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Basantapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath temple (most sacred Hindu’s pilgrimage), Swoyambhunath mahachaitya (biggest Buddhists’ pilgrimage site in Nepal), Bouddhanath stupa, Patan Museum, Krishna Mandir, Royal Palace, Nyatapola Temple, National Art Gallery, and so on. The distance from Kathmandu to Kathmandu is 158.7km via East-West highway which will take approximately 5 hours 33 minutes to reach there. Another route is via Prithvi Highway which is 170.4km and will take approximately 5 hours 56 minutes to reach there. The best time to visit Chitwan National Park is from October to March. The entry fee for Chitwan National Park is US $11.53 (Rs 750) per person with 13% VAT.
After having a glorious tour in Chitwan, we move towards Pokhara. Pokhara is 86.3 km from Chitwan and will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach there. The popular landmarks that we visit in Pokhara are Sarangkot, Davis falls, Shiva Cave, Mahendra cave, phewa Lake (largest lake in Nepal), Bindhyabashini temple (located at the center of Phewa Lake), International Mountain Museum (IMM). Some major sporty activities done are boating, skating and cycling. The best time to visit Pokhara is from September to November, which is also known as the Tourist season. At this time, weather is pleasing and skies tend to be clear.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu international airport
Welcome you by Our Connection Nepal treks team at airport and transfer to hotel by private vehicles.
Day 2: Drive or flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara
In the morning after breakfast, we start our journey towards Pokhara.
Day 3: Morning drive to Sarankot and sightseeing in Pokhara
Early in the morning, we drive to Sarangkot for having awesome sunrise view. Then, we have breakfast in Hotel. we will have a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Pokhara city. Pokhara, being one of the most beautiful tourist destinations, offers a lot of natural wonders. You can see beautiful snowcapped mountains including Mount Annapurna and Machhapuchre being reflected in the beautiful Fewa Lake.
Day 4: Morning boating on Fewa Lake and World Heritage sightseeing
In the early morning, we walk to Lake Side. And 1 hour boating on Fewa Lake and visit Tal Baharie Temple. After visited temple we will continue follow Half day sightseeing including Peace Pakoda And backed to hotel, Overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Pokhara to Chitwan National Park
Morning we will drive to mountain museum which is very popular to see climbing gear with many old equipment they used keep since first climber to Mt. Everest. After backed to hotel and relax.
Day 6: Pokhara to Chitwan National Park
Today you will have to arrange transfer drive from your hotel in Pokhara to Chitwan. On arrival in Chitwan our hotel representative will greet and receive you and help you with your transfer to Lodge. Depending on time of your arrival you will have safaris activities arranged that day accordingly. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 7: Full Day Safari, Wild-life activities
Enjoy your day by doing activities start one followed by another, bird watching, visit to crocodile breeding center, visit to elephant breeding center, have fun with elephant ride into the jungle, enjoy elephant bathing, canoe ride etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8: Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu
Final departure, farewell will be given by our team.
